Custom Made / Special Orders
Due to the nature of custom order jewelry and special orders, there are No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Cancellation and No Merchandise Credits.

Non-Custom Merchandise
Non-custom Merchandise may be exchanged or used as a Merchandise Credit provided:
1. Request is made within 30 (thirty) days.
2. Exchange/Credit request is accompanied by all original receipts and documents, including sales incentives and promotions.
3. Merchandise is in new condition.

Clearance Items
Merchandise sold at “Marked Down,” or “Clearance price” is sold as ALL Sales Final. No refunds, No Merchandise Credit and No Exchanges.

Certified Diamond/ Trade Up Policy
When you purchase Certified Diamond from Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry, we will give you full trade up value when you spend at least an additional $2,000 on another Certified Diamond. You need to supply all original purchase documents (receipt, diamond certificate, diamond report) which are subject to verification from a Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry Gemologist.

At Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry (RHHJ) we are committed to ensuring our customers' privacy. We will not sell, exchange or give out your personal information including e-mail addresses. Our policy will always be to keep all information given to us by our customers strictly confidential.  

     Online Purchase

Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed.  RHHJ reserves the right to cancel any order if an item has been mispriced, described inaccurately, or in no longer available. Certain weights, measurements, and other descriptions are approximate.

     Pricing & Promotions

The prices offered on our website and in our retail stores may differ, as we may choose to offer items at different prices or run different promotional events at different times. For this reason, prices and promotions offered on our website may not always apply in stores, and store prices and promotions may not always apply online, unless otherwise stated. Items offered may or may have not been previously sold at MSRP price.
